Science Problem 1's grade is out...

C!!!Shown below is my RJ qsn and ans...
RJ qsn: "How effective was your new team today? Justify your reasoning. From next week onwards, what is one thing YOU can improve on to enhance your learning in the team."
RJ ans: "I find that my team is not very effective today as all of us were trying to solve to problem statement on our own and hardly talk when we are suppose to discuss together before the 2nd break. I think the main reason is because we were still “shy” and no one wants to talk. After the 2nd break things got better when we were deciding on what to do for our presentation. It is until then that we realize that we were all unsure of what problem is asking. One thing that I can improve on from next week to enhance my learning in the team is to be more out- spoken and try to get the group to do things together as a team, not like today where we do all the work individually. I think next week’s lesson will be better as today is the 1st day of the new semester after all we are still quite new to each other and we need to take some time to adapt into the so- called new' environment."
Faci's Comment:
Team-> "Meeting2 time was not well spent for team learning. Some of you were busy with your own MSN even though I was informed work was allocated among you."
Individual-> "Hi Shi Jie, yes I agree you should be more outspoken because I believe you have insights to share eg you tried to explain about the contribution of gravity to the shape of the trajectory.

chitra oso say that for the last few weeks of Sem1...
pls understand that it is not that i dun want to speak, but i have a hard time to translate them to english as i have not touch science for about 3yrs...
can i explain to u in chinese den u go figure what i am talking about??
